1. Order Processing

* Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
* Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
* During festivals, sales, or unforeseen circumstances, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

* Tamil Nadu: 2–4 business days
* South India: 3–5 business days
* North India: 4–7 business days
* Remote locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

* Shipping charges are calculated based on the product weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
* The exact shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before payment.
* Free shipping offers, if applicable, will be displayed on the website.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking/consignment number via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

If your parcel is shipped through India Post, you can track it on the India Post Track Consignment website by entering your tracking number.

5. Packaging

All products are securely packed to prevent damage during transit. Fragile items such as wooden idols and pooja products receive additional protective packaging.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or incorrect contact number, the shipment may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or if any item is missing:

* Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
* Share your Order ID along with clear photos and an unboxing video.
* We will investigate and provide a suitable resolution.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Bavaani Store is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or contact details.

9. Delivery Coverage

We currently ship to most serviceable PIN codes across India. If your location is not serviceable, our customer support team will contact you and arrange a refund if necessary.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped.

If the order has not been dispatched, a full refund, including product cost and shipping charges, will be processed.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns

We accept returns only in the following situations:

You received a damaged product.

You received the wrong product.

The product has a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a return:

Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

The product must be unused and returned with its original packaging and accessories.

Proof of purchase (Order ID or invoice) is required.

For hygiene, safety, and religious reasons, products such as opened pooja items, oils, powders, consumables, customised products, and used items cannot be returned unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Share clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

An unpacking video is recommended as supporting evidence and may help us process your request faster, but we may request additional information if needed.

After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method wherever possible. If this is not feasible, we may request your bank account details to complete the refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, damaged product, or manufacturing defect).

Replacement Policy

Eligible products may be replaced if they are:

Damaged during delivery.

Defective.

Incorrectly supplied.

Replacement requests must be made within 3days of delivery.

If the replacement is due to our error, Bavaani Store will bear the applicable shipping costs.

If the replacement is requested for reasons other than our error and is approved, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Processing Time

Return and replacement requests are reviewed within 1–2 business days.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after verification.

Replacement orders are dispatched as soon as the returned product is received and approved, subject to stock availability.
