Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped.
• If the order has not been dispatched, a full refund, including product cost and shipping charges, will be processed.
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns

We accept returns only in the following situations:

• You received a damaged product.
• You received the wrong product.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a return:

• Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
• The product must be unused and returned with its original packaging and accessories.
• Proof of purchase (Order ID or invoice) is required.

For hygiene, safety, and religious reasons, products such as opened pooja items, oils, powders, consumables, customised products, and used items cannot be returned unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item:

• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Share clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
• An unpacking video is recommended as supporting evidence and may help us process your request faster, but we may request additional information if needed.

After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method wherever possible. If this is not feasible, we may request your bank account details to complete the refund.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, damaged product, or manufacturing defect).

Replacement Policy

Eligible products may be replaced if they are:

• Damaged during delivery.
• Defective.
• Incorrectly supplied.

Replacement requests must be made within 3days of delivery.

If the replacement is due to our error, Bavaani Store will bear the applicable shipping costs.

If the replacement is requested for reasons other than our error and is approved, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Processing Time

• Return and replacement requests are reviewed within 1–2 business days.
• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after verification.
• Replacement orders are dispatched as soon as the returned product is received and approved, subject to stock availability.
